Cladding Supplies Returns and Refund Policy
General Return
We hold a 10 days return policy. We will accept returns on Trims and accessories, this is at the cost of the customer and is subject to a 30% re-stocking fee after being quality checked. Cladding boards are non-refundable once correctly delivered even if the customer has changed their mind after the order has been delivered. We highly recommend ordering a colour sample before placing your order.
Conditions for Return
Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in the original packaging and without any damage. We can not be held responsible for any damage caused to items while in return transit and a refund will not be given if any items arrive damaged. When the returns have been receive they will be quality checked. We reserve the right to refuse credit on any returned items.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@claddingsuppliesonline.com. If your return is approved. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. When the returned items have been received they will first be quality checked before a refund is confirmed subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photographic evidence of product and packaging at info@claddingsuppliesonline.com so we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Cladding and Decking Supplies
- Cladding Boards: We will not accept the return of correctly supplied boards under any circumstances.
- Trims & accessories: We will consider returns of surplus trims and accessories within the 10-day window. Items returned will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee and cost is covered by the customer.
- Decking Supplies: These items may be returned within the 10-day window, provided they meet the return conditions mentioned above.
Estimates
We offer advice and support as an estimate. Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of quantities with the project manager before placing any orders. For an exact material quantity take off we would suggest seeking professional help. We are not liable for over or under orders or measurement errors in supplied drawings.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any returned items due to damage received during transit.
