EXADECK is a premier choice for homeowners, businesses, and public spaces in outdoor decking solutions.

Proper installation is key to maximising the performance and longevity of your EXADECK decking. Preparation is important when it comes to the installation of EXADECK decking. You need to ensure that the entire construction is supported by a solid surface that is completely stable. This surface must also allow for water runoff and provide a water evacuation path, with an inclination of at least 5mm (0.5%) for each linear meter in the direction of the battens.

You can install EXADECK decking in two different patterns, locked or aligned. Each requires you to place the substrates differently to ensure the correct support for the tiles, so it is important to understand how you want to lay the decking before starting any preparation.

The components needed for a simple EXADECK installation are:

⁃Rastrel PVC quick fix

⁃Grapa quick fix terminal

⁃Grapa quick fix intermedia

⁃Stainless steel screw with taco

⁃Bit 1/4 for ctool

⁃Ctool

Step 1: Fix the rastrel to the substrate. EXADECK decking pieces can be supported by up to four battens.

Step 2: Attach the grappa quick fix terminals to the edge, slotting the first tile into this.

Step 3: Secure the grappa fix intermedia to the rastrel and against the first tile

Step 4: Slot the next tile into the grappa fix intermedia using the ctool to ensure the correct spacing and alignment between batons.

Step 5: Continue this process until you reach the final tile.

Step 6: Place the final tile with the grappa quick fix terminal.

EXADECK porcelain decking offers an exceptional blend of durability, aesthetic appeal, and ease of installation. Its hardwearing nature, stain resistance, and screw-free installation system make it a superior choice for various applications, from residential patios to commercial terraces.

Whether you're a homeowner looking to upgrade your backyard or a business owner seeking a reliable decking solution for your establishment, EXADECK provides the quality and versatility you need.
